二 |                                        一、查阅资料                              在资料查阅过程中，评估组成员成员按照质量控制表，分别对卫生保健制度、卫生保健资料等多个方面进行查阅。    Today marks a beautiful milestone for one of Bollywood’s most beloved couples, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, as they celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary. Just last month, in November, the couple was blessed with a baby boy. They shared the wonderful news with a heartwarming joint post on November 7, which read, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November 2025. – Katrina & Vicky.” Vicky has recently spoken about this life-changing phase, describing fatherhood as the most grounding moment he has ever experienced. It’s clear that their little one has brought unimaginable happiness and fulfillment to the Kaushal household.           Looking back, the couple’s journey started with a grand but highly private wedding in December 2021. Their intimate, royal-style ceremony was held at the breathtaking Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. The marriage was a beautiful fairytale moment for the couple and for their fans as well.           On the work front, Vicky Kaushal is now preparing for his next massive project, Love & War. The film is a highly anticipated venture that will also star Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt and is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. 三 |          此次卫生保健质量控制检查，既是一次对幼儿园卫生保健全面、细致的评估，更是一次学习与提升。我们将以此次评估为契机，从细节入手、规范要求、科学管理，不断提升卫生保健工作质量和管理水平，为幼儿营造一个更加健康、安全的成长环境。
